  • When is the turnover time?
    When selecting the day you want the service done, the time frame you picked should be when your order is comeplete and given to you. If a situation occurs where your designer needs more time to complete your order, you will be notified via text or email.
  • Do you do refunds?
    Once a order starts there is no refunds. If you made a payment and you haven't heard anything or it passed the time to turnover your order, a refund will be granted to you if requested.
