When selecting the day you want the service done, the time frame you picked should be when your order is comeplete and given to you.

If a situation occurs where your designer needs more time to complete your order, you will be notified via text or email.

Once a order starts there is no refunds. If you made a payment and you haven't heard anything or it passed the time to turnover your order, a refund will be granted to you if requested.
